What is a Single / One page website

A single / One page website is minimalistic, organised but has a strong design. Usually it would be a more image driven website with smaller but informative amounts of text. It will be a long scrolling page with different contents sections laid out, one after the other.

The layout of the website allows the user to view all of your information in a linear fashion, thus enhancing their overall experience. This format of a website is usually faster to load and easier to maintain as it uses fewer resources. The format is well adapted by mobile devices and tablets.
